We, @thefunovits and @MinecraftParkerH are starting an all new bank!
Simply we cant stand the misuse of loans and we are offering a whole new thing: Interest on deposit money!
Here's how it works:
You can deposit any amount of money to either one of us, and we will store the amount in a sign.
(Your money may be used to give out loans, but we will always have enough money to pay you back)
Here's the catch:
Once your money is deposited, you may not access it for a specific amount of time. You can deposit your money for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 weeks before you must withdraw it. While it is in the bank, it will earn simple interest on the original amount deposited.
Example:
John deposits 100k at a time of 1 week. With simple interest of 1.5%-2% he will have a total of around 114k at the end of the week. John may withdraw his money or renew his deposit time for another week. If he renews for another week, the original deposit will now be 114k and he will earn 1.5%-2% simple interest on that. Get the idea?
Now when your time is up and you come to withdraw your money, we will always make sure we have enough or you may report if we cant work something out.
As far as loans go, not everyone applies. We will not be giving out ginormous loans that are not able to be payed back within a months time. Leave a comment on this post if you wish to take a loan or deposit money!
If you deposit money, your basically getting free money if you have patience.
*All transactions happen in-game
*Contracts may be used for bigger deals, but screenshots will be the most common use
*If you must withdraw your money early, a fee will be included (It may not be the most fair price)
