Welcome to the Official town thread for Fairwood Farms Here, you will find the rules, regulations, and general information and listings in Fairwood Farms! -General Information- Fairwood Farms was created to be a small village for a honest, hardworking community. It was also meant to convey the revenue to make a new nation, catering to more than just farmers. Currently, Fairwood is small with few residents; however, our goals are to produce a nation out of this small 100x100 town. The style of the town is a sort of wooden-based rancher type of village, and we host a list of services that is still expanding. We now have a town portal [Portal level 5, gold path way], and a set of two cooking pots! If you are a hardworking, loyal, and honest player, then this is the town for you! The Town currently has Wheat, Reed, Potato, and Carrot crops included in it's perms. -Announcements- -Updated Forum now Live!- -/warp station4 now open for business!- -4 listings currently available!- -Potato/ Carrot farms now open- -Cooking pots in need of a refill- -Rules/Requirements- Despite being small in this stage, we still have a rather picky list of rules that need to be followed. If you are planning on purchasing property in the town, all of the following rules must be known and followed. Spoiler: Rules/Requirements Section 1 - The Farm F 1.1 - Rights to the farm In order for a player to have access to the farm, s/he must have either worked out a personal deal (through PM) with Izzybellau or have purchased property in the town. These are the only two ways to have obtained access to the farm, and if the consent of Izzybellau is lacking, then you have acquired perms through an illegal mean. F 1.2 Failure to replant anything that was taken from the farm will result in the loss of all property within the city, and a ban appeal to the player who is charged. Money spent to obtain any property or other services within the city will not be returned. F 1.3 Any damage to the farm (failure to replant, broken blocks, etc.) will result in the immediate removal of the player who is charged from the city, and no money that the player has spent on property or services in the city will be refunded. F 1.4 Adding to farm in any way (torches, signs, etc.) or fixing things that the player did not break can result in removal from the town with no refund on any property or services the player has purchased previously. [If any damages are seen, report them, do NOT fix them] F 2.1 In order to purchase perms, all applicants must be mayor+ [null and void only if player has been resident for over 6 months and has no previous bans]. Builders+ may now purchase as long as they have a clean ban record. Section 2 - Property P 1.1 Property is to be purchased only with the consent of Izzybellau and any other means of purchase are illegal and will not be refunded. P 1.2 Prebuilt homes' structures are to be left alone. Altering the structure in any way will result in removal from the town with no refund to the player and property or services purchased in the town. [Changing the Furnishings (Crafting tables, Furnaces, etc.) inside the home is allowed] P 1.3 Altering anything in any property that is not your own without the consent of the owner will result in removal from the town with no refund to the player on and property or services purchased in the town. P 2.1 In order to purchase property, all applicants must be mayor+ [null and void only if player has been resident for over 6 months and has no previous bans]. Builders+ may now purchase as long as they have a clean ban record. P 2.2 If a player has been removed from the town for any reason, then all items in chests and furnaces are forfeit. Spoiler: Listing #1 Listing #1 $5 k A cozy cottage onlooking the rest of the town, this central home was the first building to be built in the town, and the mayor's previous home. A second floor has been added to increase the already vast storage space within the home. Spoiler: Listing #2 Listing #2 $6 k This home is the largest in the entire town, comprising of a large lower floor, cozy viewing room, upstairs living area and bedroom, as well as a bar. The home has ample storage and room for more than just one player, and a practical farming mansion for those of a higher taste. Spoiler: Listing #3 Listing #3 SOLD! $9.5 k This medium-sized home is highly spacious and livable, boasting a large living area downstairs, and a sizable attic for more storage capabilities. A truly lovely home for those who need a bit more space, but don't need to live in excess. It Features a lower floor and upper floor, both with considerable storage and ease of access. The home exemplifies the values of the town: beautiful and practical. -Update-After a short time taking a break from the server to spend time with my family for my spring break, I will be returning to the server to continue progress on the town like normally.
