    Hello All,

    I'm putting the town of Farmland up for sale, it's a 200x200x3 Farm, in great condition and very efficent design. The Farm is separated into 200x200x2 Pumpkins and a 200x200x1 floor. I has the farm set up, set and ready for someone to begin selling perms to it or just using it for personal use. It has a simple lift sign system at the end of the farm in the middle taking you up and down with ease. There is an extra space below for either storage or selling or chest to perm buyers. The town is perfect and ready to go when you purchase it. In the event it doesn't bring that many bid's I may not sell it

    The town has been appraised at 200k, but i'm not looking for that much, make offers below that you would feel comfortable paying and if your offer is high enough i'll forum pm you to continue the transaction, or if you feel like you would rather Forum pm me to discus a price that's perfectly fine aswell.

    This town is perfect for somone wanting a ready to go farm where they can use it or sell perms to it :)

    I would also be interested in knowing if you are original owner and willing to sign a contract to the effect that you would apply for town features if I funded them.

    Snd, no I'm not the original Owner, therefore i cannot apply for the features, if you buy you can reach out to the original owner to do so.

    No, this is not Emerald Farms, it is Farmland a completly separate farm town, a different project of mine

    Do you know who the original owner is? I would want confirmation that he/she would apply for features on my behalf before I would be willing to buy the town.

    that would be correct, If you were to purchase it and use a town claim on it, you would remove him from the equation
