Buying server features for EcoDollars Many users on EcoCityCraft cannot get server features by paying for them themselves however still manage to get them. How you ask? By giving another user EcoDollars and having that user purchase the features for them. First thing we would like to mention is this. The EcoCityCraft staff team does not support this; however we do allow it. What this means in plain and simple terms is the following. If you pay a user EcoDollars and that user promises to buy you a special feature through our EcoCityCraft Shop; however does not follow up on the promise, you will not get your EcoDollars back. The user who scammed you will indeed be banned and justice will be served. - Your EcoDollars will however be lost as you are doing this at your own risk. We always recommend buying server features yourself whenever possible from the server itself. To prevent issues arising and to quickly resolve them quickly, follow these tips! Take screenshots of any conversations taking place regarding the transaction to come. As the buyer take a screenshot of the payment made in EcoDollars to the user who will be buying the feature for you. Without screenshots of the conversation and the payment being sent it is extremely unlikely that anything will be able to be done should a complaint be filed. ALWAYS keep full documentation of deals and payments. As the buyer request a transaction ID to be sent to your pm. As the seller keep your transaction ID on file and provide it to the buyer as soon as you can. Use common sense and only buy from trusted members. Dealing with a builder who just joined the server and has never purchased anything before is probably a bad idea. Take note of how many [$] signs a user has beside their username. This is an indication of how many features they have purchased/received for their user. Take note of the users rank and do a quick forum search on the user. Check their profile on the forum to see how long they have been with EcoCityCraft is always a great idea! Take note of the users forum medals. Pay attention to dates when medals have been received.
