    The FIFA World Cup 2014 will start in 2 days! And there'll be 32 Countries playing to win the World Cup (Portugal, Brasil, Italy, USA, Netherlands, Camaroons, Argentina, Japan, Belgium, Nigeria, Chile, Honduras, Ecuador, Korea Republic, Ivory Coast, Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina, England, Australia, Spain, France, Ghana, Iran, Costa Rica, Algeria, Switzerland, Croatia, Colombia, Russia, Uruguay, Greece and Mexico).

    So, today I'm announcing the FIFA World Cup 2014 Raffles!
    There'll be 64 "Raffle" Tickets for sale. 2 of the same Country.
    You won't be able to choose the country.

    How does it work?

    Every Ticket is 10k ecd
    When you pay, a Country will be drawn for you using a Dispenser
    An Object represents a Country:

    If you win with 2 tickets of the same Country you get 150k ecd!
    If you win with only 1 ticket the price will be divided by the 2 winners!

    You can trade your tickets with other users as long as you tell me.

    The first 64 Users to post a message using this application below will be the ones I'll sell the tickets to!

    When I saw the word raffle on the title, I knew something might be wrong.

    It's not up to me to decide, but this competition might be classified as a private lotto. The fact that you put this in the trade section, instead of the competitions thread makes it seem like this is more of a way to make money, instead of a fun competition. Although it's not in the rules (to my knowledge), private lottos aren't allowed.
