You need to find someone to help you as an admin, someone who can check applications and do world edits, this person would help to remove some of the stress and business in your life if you have a giant stack of paperwork to do and you do it alone it will take double maybe even triple the time it would have taken you if you had someone helping you. It is only common sense, what whit the new cap being 300 and it often reaching numbers up to 250 you do need someone to help you, you can't keep trying to do this solo and while you have done that so far it is likely adding to the stress in your life with all of these new people joining and applying for positions I've heard from mods that you have told that it takes you about 6 hours to check all of the applications.
