You were banned for breach of contract as a result of this complaint: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/complaint.60341/#post-286745 If you wish to rejoin the server, you will be required to repay @RANDOM2580 the $90k that you owe within two weeks of your return. Since you have been gone for nearly a year, I will also require for you to read through the rules, as there have been many changes, and copy/paste the rule that you broke before I will allow you back.
All contracts signed and approved in the contracts forum serve as proof of agreement, and must be followed through by all parties involved. Breaking the terms of a contract will result in a ban for "Breach of Contract". Any appeal made will have to include the thread in which a breach of contract is made, and discuss actions that will be taken to rectify the broken part of the contract.
I will be unbanning you, and you will have two weeks to pay off your debts. If you do not repay @RANDOM2580 within the time frame, you will be banned for failure to repay loan. I hope that you have learned your lesson and that you will not have to file any more ban appeals. Unbanned.
