Great effort for a first build. I'de pay 5k for it (Hypothetically). I'de also give it a 6 out of 10.

@starx_evo - Your build is very nice. It shows commitment and attention to detail. It peaks the interest, is refreshing, and has a logic to it that comforts the mind. I think it is an absolutely great build.
Thanks guys, I thought i did an awesome job, then there was that comment and no comments for days after, was starting to get a little discouraged.
After touring the house, I'm bumping my initial appraisal from 30k to 50k. This is honestly one of the most detailed and decorative modern houses I've ever seen.
