Hey all, I am selling the first floor portal town of Miris. the portal is located in the Iron row and is completely flat. All members have been offline for over a week, so LWC's will be a breeze. Please post your offers below, and if it gets to an offer I will accept, I will accept it. I am thinking around 90-100k for the town, so please don't post troll offers of 30k, or 40, or something in that range. Also, if you disagree with anything in this, please keep it to yourself. I will accuse all offers you make for the town if that is such. I guess if there is to be a bidding, that now at 55k.

Emau Is currently the winner, so if you pm me in game you get the town for 70k. However, if somebody bids before you are online next, then they will be in the lead. I would suggest getting online ASAP because I am online right now.
It looks like someone else has PLENTY of time to bid. I will not be ingame for 7 more hours. I am currently at work, sorry. If no one else bids, if you could make a sign in the town (like one dirt for $70,000), I'll click the sign when I log in if you are no longer in-game. You can leave yourself as mayor until you verify you have received the money. We are both presidents, I have no prob trusting you. If there is another bid before then, well, I tried.
