I have tried out fishing towers, where blocks of water are suspended over signs, and the line falls when the fish bite, but I have had no success building one in my town, the line always gets stuck up at the top. I am hoping someone can build me one. I can provide water, materials, and a luck3lure3 rod for testing, I just need someone's help constructing one.
Step 1) build a tower 13 blocks tall (placing one on the ground is one, then two, etc.). Step 2) break bottom 12 blocks on tower (optional). Step 3) build 8 blocks out from tower (9 blocks long total) Step 4) build walls along it for an 8 block long "scoop" with a block on 3 sides. Step 5) place sign on the block with no wall on it. Step 6) repeat, flipping the image so signs face each other. I will post a more detailed tutorial tomorrow. I'm surprised there isn't one out there tbh~
Maybe I am a bit slow but the description of how to build it isnt clicking in my brain. I would love to learn how to build one sometime if you have time. Thanks, Geno
