+1 thank you, I mispelled my answer and when I tried to send the message again with the correct spelling it blocked it and I lost the $100
@JamieSinn said he's working on another chat filter/spam plugin to replace the AAC one. He asked for suggestions of what to replace it with in global yesterday if I recall right. Yeah, no. AAC effectively blocks hacking and contributes to a higher quality of gameplay because of it. AAC is still a work in the making and has room for further improvement. Suggesting to remove perhaps one of the most effective AntiCheat plugins is stupid.
Give it time, nothing worthwhile just magically falls in place. They're working on it, file complete bug reports with evidence to document these errors of you want to do something useful.

Most of these bugs wouldn't have been found if it were never implemented. You'd be waiting forever. Just have some patience and the bugs will be fixed. You might not realize this, but NCP used to be much worse.
