I have two computers, but the one I usually use isn't working.
My Java file somehow got moved to the C Drive instead of "Program Files", where it is supposed to be.
I'm not an administrator on my computer, so I can't make edits to Program Files to move it back. Minecraft.exe looks for Java in Program Files, not the C Drive. Is there any way to either edit the Minecraft.exe so it starts on the Java in my C Drive? Or is there a way to start Minecraft without Minecraft.exe?
Thanks for your time. I'm not that great with computers.

Re: Minecraft.exe won't start
Just tried it. Internet Explorer and Chrome both automatically direct to Program Files and Java can't run. I've tried downloading some other programs that require Java, like Greenfoot. This one allows you to choose where to run Java from if it can't find it in Program Files. Any way to do this with internet browsers or Minecraft.exe?chargers2417 said:Ya, just got to minecraft.net and then look for play in browser.DFat said:You can play in browser???Skullman774 said:Try playing in browser for now I guess.
