Use the towns @Bmanvman bought and use them as buildertowns and things that will help them, farms and such. The current Foix is already quite packed

 

• Cheap plots to get them started
• Farms to help them get food and money
• Offer pickaxe rentals so they know how to make good money
• Easy to navigate town
• Tutorial to help them, /tutorial doesn’t help that much

 

I agree with bman here, @Hackney_Builder your previous towns failed, what makes you think that you can run Foix? 250k for a rank to sell houses is just flat out ridiculous.

 

I will say, I did have a fair few people keeping me company in the new Halloween town while I was building that were not a part of Foix as I was showing off the roller coaster once I finished lol

 

And one of the reasons I sold my towns was because you had no idea how a nation worked. You wanted to run Foix on donations. This is a very large rock to hurl from your glass house. Also, the "tax" is 50k.

 

My plan, at present is:

• Keep selling mansions, and sell the ability to do so for 50k.
• Allow sales of buildings in the Old Town (I don't why this wasn't used) so long as the outside is kept untouched.
• In the long run, build new towns and make them a lot more builder-friendly (plots, apartments, etc).

 

Who is going to buy the ability to sell a mansion for 50k? That’s just money going to your pocket and they get nothing.

 

SolarFarms was built almost 100% with material donations, and its now 200x1000 with almost 6 fully completed farms.
You just have to have the right methods :)

@Hackney_Builder I may not be part of the presidential cabinet, but I am still part of Bman's team, I'm just curious as to why you haven't replied to any of my responses on your comments regarding town development?

 

The responsibility of that will be either me or @TheEpicLime.

 

There is a waterfall on the line, trains go nowhere they should go, and there are no minecarts. I think that qualifies as a mess.
Regarding the events town, there were no large events done with it.

 

I was in charge of events hosted in the events town, and unfortunately there was an issue irl at my job where I was required to work on Halloween which I had previously requested off, so the event didnt happen. That falls 100% on me.
However, as I mentioned before the town will be made into a theme park as I put ALOT of time and resources into creating the fully functional rollercoaster :)

To be honest, I would have to give you a solid no. Mainly based on the fact that you said

when I spent hours of my time building a haunted house, a halloween welcome, 2 giant pumpkins, a fully functioning rollercoaster and was in the process of making a murder mystery.

 

I think I can speak for @Capbo_ here. I think we can implement a sort of animal protection program, where certain animals can be hidden in a storage that is almost impossible to grief your way into.

And to add on to what @Capbo_ said, we could also add a system that attracts new players, with a reward scheme that rewards them based on how long theyve been on the server and their activity and such.

 

Where would this storage be located? I cannot see anywhere that would work in Foix.

Where would the money come from? For a server of this size, the expense would be too much to fund without large amounts of money, and your manifesto has no ways for the nation to obtain such money.
