General Information about this item: There are 2 options available:

PreMined: already mined out, all you have to do is place water and plant! Price: $2,500 $4,500 per chunk for two chunks, and an extra $500 $400 for every additional 1/2 floor that you want mined out.

NonMined: you are responsible for mining out your chunk, but this option is cheaper. Price: $1,500 $2,500 per chunk for 2 chunks.

They are located in the town of Mansfield. To access the town, follow the directions below:

1. Go to Spawn
2. Walk through Town Portals Gate
3. Click [Lift Down] sign or use ladder to access floor 18
4. Look through the back row, find GoldVille
5. Step through
6. Walk straight down the stairs, out of the Towh Hall, and onto the road
7. Turn left on the road
8. Follow the road, you should see a white 2 story house on your left.
9. Keep walking until you see signs about houses in Mansfield
10. You are now in my town!
