Hello, I am selling one of my personal towns, and it has quite a lot. It contains roughly 400k in quartz, not to mention hundreds of hours of land clearing, craftsmanship, etc. I am looking for cash, but will accept $104 in donation features, which is only roughly 500k. It, imo (yes my opinion doesn't matter, as I built it) it is worth, i'll say more than 500k. Due to the labor/quartz, I would say 600k, which I think is an unbiased #.
