I am "taking offers" on three towns. I am not planning on selling unless the offer is right. The towns are as followed: Malibu: 200x200 town, mostly flat, taking offers Divinity and Sanctus_real: 200x400 town, divinity is cleared to bedrock, and contians a reg portal, town-town portal, nether portal, and a warp. Sanctus_real has multiple public farms, a portal that's connected witht he town-town, as well as it being 2 floors, with a 3rd a quarter the way started, the 2nd floor has plots, the 1st is filled with public farms, apts, a mall, etc Avignon: I really don't want to sell this, I've invested so much time/money into this, but I will hear offers. The town is 200x200, the main attraction being the large castle in it, which contains 350-400k in quartz, and hours upon hours of clearing and design. Would need a good offer, has 700k invested in it roughly alone. I can tp anyone ingame to see any of the towns, feel free to post here with questions as well!

You said 220k-320k negotiable. And features are worth 6-7k ATM, I sell for 5.5k for cash. So the offer was really more like 120-140k and that's called an opening offer. Negotiation usually follows
If you find some1 who is buying features for 6-7k all upfront lmk lol, might take a while. People are struggling to sell at 5-5.5 atm. And I did say it was negotiable which it is, I just don't feel like that is a high enough offer due to what the towns themselves have to offer, ty though
