    Item for sale: perms to a 7 levels of 60x60 pumpkin farm.

    Price of farm: 30k. price negotiatable.

    More information: this pumpkin farm is located in a town that belongs to agger, it does not have a town portal so you have to set home there, i aim for 30k to sell the farm, whoever is interested can buy this farm from me. i currently have the perms for the town and i can request the perms transfer from agger, if you pay me 30k, i will get agger to give u the perms. After you buy the perms from me, only you and agger has perms to the farm. Comment in the comment box down below for more information. :)
