General Information about this item: I bought this thinking it would be a great project and a great money maker- and really the opportunity is there but I lost the heart in it. There's a chance to either take over what was started- or start clean. The farms are primarily pumpkin and melon, long 200 length rows of each. But take a look in the pictures for yourself. Well I know when I bought this town I overpaid.... I'd really like at least 100k to not feel such a harsh loss...
