- Portal (worth 75)

Cons:
- Some griefed buildings
- Some water which needs to be filled

I am asking 100k as it does have a portal and to buy this town from the server would cost $160k
- Bear in mind that although it does have buildings to destroy any other town would also need to be leveled.
