I don't have an estimate yet, but i'm willing to give co-mayor cheap or even free to someone I know well on ECC for like the entire time i've been on ECC.

lol i've never had a co-mayor... ever xD also pretty much 100% of my money comes from loans/lotto now so honesty idc much also when i have the money I build xD not just waste in lotto EDIT: Exception is antcubing, but I kept him as owner of eltos because we agreed X amt. of money for the town and i'd keep his as an owner.
You know mineyork? well i'm going to want a mall, but I want to incorporate the shape of the mountain into it slightly. Also it won't be completely pre-built. Some will be plots (regulated so people can't build ugly/offensive structures or (weird farms) Farms will be allowed, but regulated to look nice since it is a green line town EDIT: I shall be choosing a co-owner by at least next week Friday. If I don't it will probably be the week after that.

I have most donations, as I am VIP, and am extremely successful when it comes to making Eco Dollars [comes easy for me]. I would love to help you out. I will give you 50% profit, if you would like more I'm fine with that. The only exception that I will ask is that you provide me with a 30x30 plot, or whatever size that you can assign to me.
