it is about 40% completed now. I would be interested in offers. Otherwise i just keep it for my self. :D

Home design idea is not mine I just reverse engineer from YouTube video and building it in survival.

In some cases i used different blocks and colors to my liking but interior and exterior is identical there might be a thing or two different, but overall it is nearly identical.

Price tag asking for this with all land is $1.000.000 $850K as citizen only... Yeah ok I know it's steep but it really is amazing IMO , I'm also willing to build one on buyers land for $500k (buyer supply tools and material and choose custom colors) or $750k I supply materials tools, buyer chooses colors and bricks to be used )

I can build it in about 7-10 days..

Just throwing it out there maybe there is someone who has too much $$$ and ran out of ideas what to do with then lol. :)

I can also try to build other homes from YouTube videos that someone might like.. Video has to be fairly good.

Or recreate some schematics that one would be much easier as long as there is no copy righs so we don't get in trouble :p

 

I know it's a high price when I first saw video I never realized how big this thing is !!! Yet proportional to minecraft guy, anyways I don't expect to sell it anytime soon... Maybe never but sure it's worth that, and really if a person with eff 7 pickaxe can make $100k + in under 2 hours mining for those a million is a pocket change , anyhow anyone interested is always welcome to visit even if you don't want to buy it, just wanna look get dimensions and build it yourself.

I check the size of plot needed but I don't think 50x50 is enough

 

house size is 70x70 and 25 high plus roof, idk... maybe another 15 to very top, needs 100x100 lot to look nice
