Just letting you know from an older player's perspective... this farm isn't that big. I'd say this farm is worth maybe 15-30k. Maybe. Even a 200x200x1 farm doesn't usually go for 75k, it usually goes for around 50-60k. Just telling you this farm isn't worth very much at all, and if I were you I'd be looking for a lot less.
I put 75k so people would offer less If i put 5k people would offer like 3k, cheeky of me I know but strategic haha Thanks though guys (PS It is still being built up, but just wanted to throw out there that Im selling it)
