    Not sure if I understand completely how buying towns works, but I am under the impression that only thecrea.. would ever be able to have 100% ownership. Am I correct that any purchase of this town would come with limitations such as not being able to apply for new features and that thecrea... could appeal and take back the town??
    I am interested in buying a town as soon as I become Mayor but am concerned with this aspect. Your comments and suggestions would be appreciated.

    I am not the original person to apply for the town so I cannot re-claim the town. That would be a pretty jerky thing of me to do. I believe you can apply for certain features, but others require you to be the original owner.
