I am not sure if I am interested as of yet. Just asking what the average mansion price would be. If you can't give me an estimation It doesn't matter. I am just after how expensive it would be because I do not want to spend big bucks on something I could probably do cheaper myself.

I'm very interested. The build looks great! I'd like to see a few more examples before I know if I'm interested though.
A 25x25 with sand-type mats would be fairly low. Could add accents with expensive mats as well. I'd estimate that at about 30k. If you wish for a more expensive mat base build as well as redstone features, secret rooms, etc it would be a higher estimate of 50-60k.
