Forum, Inbox,Profile, and Alerts not showing up (ipad verrsion)

    On forums (on ipad version) the inbox,profile,and the alerts icons are gone, everytime i try to tap it, it just hits the search bar.
    I circled the place where they are supposed to be in red.
