    I'd like to point out for any potential buyers the benefit of going through with this transaction. I know many Residents who want to become Mayors, but really have no interest in being an owner of a town. For those Residents, this is a perfect opportunity to get ALL the money required for Mayor and not having to lift a finger. In addition, I'd also like to vouch for Warrior, I've personally had the pleasure of interacting with him on a frequent basis, and can assure you that he is a trustworthy member of the community.
