Brief Description: Found a path in the wild ocean that is clearly made with frost walker that does not melt.
Instructions: Run on ocean surface with Frost Walker enchanted boots
How many times did you recreate this?: I don't have a pair of FW boots personally so I don't know if this is an old path and has since then been fixed.
Result: Ice made from FW does not melt and can be broken (if using a silk touch - it breaks and leaves air that can lower water level; if not using silk touch - it breaks and leaves a water source)
Expected Result: Ice should melt after a few seconds
Evidence: An example can be seen at X: 1961 Z: -427

I went through the wild and watched the path melt away and there's still a part of it that doesn't melt. Start of the pathway can be found at X: 1363 Z: -64
