This is illegal as far as I know. This is because ecd to USD (or bitcoin or any other currency) trades are illegal. (people have been perma'd for it) So I would go under the assumption that a game(s) off of steam is just a different form of currency. Therefor making what your trying to sell illegal in some ways. I recommend talking to a GA/SA+ before you go any further on this offer.
