I am now renting out tools and other gear to residents in the town of Sandsville! In order fo you to rent my gear, you have to do the following:

1. Be a resident in Sandsville
2. Actually be using the gear when you rent it.
3. Have enough money to pay for the rental.
4. You have to pay for an e-rep also.
5. You have to be respectful and not break the gear. If you break the gear, you have to pay a $500 fine for breaking it, pay to enchant a new one, and pay for the materials to get a new one.
