A second home for new players to me seems like a great idea. The freedom to setup a second home in a place that makes you money in addition to where you live, I feel, would make it less frustrating for new players and thus make them more likely to stay on the server. When I started on the server /home bed was still active and I loved it and what it allowed me to do.

/warp in towns wouldn't lose much if any value. It just allows the players to potentially setup a 2nd home away from where they live. More options are good, would you not agree? I have 25 homes and I still use both of my warps.

Reactivating /home bed as opposed to players be given a second home seems like the superior option. This would allow every single member on the server to get an additional home as opposed to giving additional homes only to people who have not donated for multihome.

For some reason, Residents don't have a need for the extra home but higher ranks like Mayor does definitely need a extra home.
Well, letting Residents having one more home would be beneficial too.

As someone with MultiHome, I constantly use my 5 homes. I'm not sure how one would do anything with just 1 home xD

I think Residents should get 2 homes, Mayors get 3, Presidents get 4, etc
