Edited today (1/12) with a quite a few updates.

My plan is to get McMMO Gold soon (America Materials will help), as well as pay off my debts in the near future. I then plan to round out my features list and then get Tycoon :)

1/14/15 Update!

Just a couple of minor updates this time. However, I did hit two decent milestones for McMMO: 500 excavation and 800 mining (thanks to America Materials!). I am inching ever closer to that McMMO Gold, and I hope with a little work I can get it sooner rather than later, and become the only President and 1/3 Presidents or less that hold the McMMO Gold Powerelevel Medal! (only others at the moment are glackmore and Sir 3point.)

Secondly, I plan to also acquire my own personal spawnshop. I plan to hold my co-ownership of Station26, as currently @Ninjaboy3113 and I are turning a pretty good amount of resources in and out. And, thanks to Ninja, I'll have an eff7 to stock my shop with, at least until I get my own :)

I still am planning McMMO Gold as my first goal, however, since I have pitched the spawnshop offer, I will be working on those more as well. Basically stating, I plan to focus on debts and spawnshops out there, and I might sprinkle in a few features. But, you never know, as people are pushing me to rank to Tycoon, and I just might :)

One more thing, I forgot to thank @Emau for the idea for updating with a small story. I thought that it might be a good idea for me to chronicle my goals and plans and then take them on, while allowing people to read and experience how I got there.

Also, fun fact: After I reach McMMO Red and SG Diamond, I will be in an exclusive club with BackToThePast and georgie0417 as the only people with maxed SG and McMMO medals. :) Also, as soon as I get McMMO Gold and SG Diamond (not red), I will join 3point14mp and Original_Jackson :)

Update 1/19/14

Well, as the days have gone by, I upped my excavation significantly. I am now at level 622, and progressing further and closer to McMMO Gold! :D

I also, changed my plan for the spawnshop, and ended up sniping (not sure if I call it sniping, it was 10 hours after it expired :p) a 4th row shop. Located in the blue market, I now own Station43, next to Crezarius and megacuber's row 3 shops, and across from Sheep_mage's shop. I also completed the design aspect, as oRON647 and I designed something together that turned out to look fairly nice. Due to my low balance (I payed some more to loans and shop goods), however, I am now trying to accumulate money and goods for my personal shop while maintaining my co-share in station26.

Looks like I will be working on my spawnshop for a while :) Come and visit if you are online and I am stocked/close to stocked! All I have to do is remember to renew it in 4 weeks!

Update 1/21/14:

Well, Ninja and I agreed to sell station26. I had a 30% share in at the time, so I will be receiving 165k plus 50% of stock for my co-ownership :) This is a huge windfall as it will allow me to stock my shop with proper goods and money and move along :)

As a result, I will have my loan payed off in 5 weeks to oRON647 (the money is coming in from xX3 at $110k per week), meaning in a short time I will be debt free! \o/

I also bought kit StayAndFight as a fun donation feature for 4.5k per USD. I had some money lying around, and wanted to get something I might enjoy :p Thanks again @swagasian014 for buying it for me. I highly recommend him!

Other than that, not a lot has changed. I am laying back on devoted moneymaking until Finals are over.

1/22 Update:

Well, this update is much faster than the rest of the updates I have done, but I figured the information within is great to share with the people I guess :p

I have begun construction on a 200x16x32 sugarcane farm. After doing some research, I determined that, after building, I can generate more money per hour off of sugarcane than I would caving in the mining world. Also, since the sugarcane farm is only a chunk wide, all of it is able to grow while I farm other floors. That, combined with the 5 minute growth time, should buy me enough time to farm all the way to the top and have the first floor ready to farm again. I give credit to Tkick and R***D*****, two older users who published the thread about chunk farming back in 2012/2013.

At the moment, the farm is located in a remote area of my undeveloped town of Milwaukee. I plan to develop this town as a town of McMMO trainers and prebuilts for sale, as well as providing a showcase for some of oRON's and my builds.

Another major edit to my goals is my plan to get Tycoon. I have determined, after careful consideration, that I don't really want Tycoon. I can get more towns for cheaper than ranking up, and I have Nickname so I can practically change my name to whatever colors/things I want. Therefore, I have decided to remain a President and complete other goals first. Maybe, sometime in the far future, I will rank up for the sake of it. But, I think I will, with my other goals, spend money more efficiently than if I were to rank up. Plus, there is a town transfer that I would like to do, and a 3rd town would be nice as well....*Random Explosion of Thoughts*

That being said, I have also removed a few donation features that I do not believe would be of use to me. BufferPlus, StayAndFight ++, BackPack+ and PetMagmaCube were removed due to me thinking it over a little more, and realizing that many of these features I didn't need and could find other was to use my cash. I don't need SG kits really, as when I hit SG Diamond anyway I will be focusing on other aspects of ECC. BackPack has been super buggy lately, and anything over $15 in my eyes would be too much to risk. PetMagmaCube was a fun feature at first glance, but I have a wolf already and I barely use it.

I also determined the startool(s) that I would wish to get. I am planning on a Star Rod and an Eff7 again, as those seem to be most appealing. The Star Rod would be a nice boost for my fishing McMMO and eff7 for Mining McMMO.

I'm considering it. However, from my experience, it is better to complete the town before I start selling perms ;) There will also be McMMO trainers and such nearby, so it will provide the full experience. But since the town isn't even flat yet, I still have work to be done.
