I have recently purchased your town and will be razing it to the ground as I have other plans for the land.
Please take your things and exit in an orderly fashion. I know this may be hard on some but I need the land for a project.
I will not be selling plots, or offering plots to current residents, or refunds to those who bought from the previous owner(s).
This message will serve as your 7 day warning to kindly exit.
After 7 days from now I will begin doing lwc removals, perms will be removed from everyone, and the town demolished.

Ragman :D I remember the memories of this town. Brycey let me live with him (he was res, I was builder) He helped me with everything. We mined together and did all that kind of stuff. It's how I became friends with Kev. By the way, Nobody that lives in the town is active, There is only one person, I believe, who comes on like every 3 months, so don't worry about having to negotiate with anyone :D
