    Grief Description:
A tunnel was built in a corner of my town (the southwest corner). One of the pillars out of the four built is in my town, and illegal mining has happened underground below my town, and tunnels have been dug with torches placed.
Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area:
I @CreativeSoum am the only one allowed to edit blocks in that region. I did some mining a short while back down there to prepare to clear the place, but the griefer has broken blocks. The town rule (also in screenshots) is to be able to build upto 5 blocks under sea level. This is far under sea level, and this town rule has also been violated. The affected area might be under some people's plots, but in general, that region is owned by me, not the plot owner (as it is more than 5 blocks deep down)

Hello @CreativeSoum and thank you for filing this report.

I'm sorry you experienced this. After investigating the grief, it was found that RCCHGaming123 had broken well over 101+ blocks in the town.

RCCHGaming banned for major grief in FancyTown.
