Halo 4. It's great, but you better have Xbox live, as it's a multiplayer-oriented game.

Well I have Halo 4, I like the multiplayer a lot, and the Campaign is pretty cool too. But I would wait until Black Ops 2 comes out for more opinions on both games. Then decide on which game you want. Also, since Black Ops 2 is mainly based on Zombies, it depends on whether you prefer killing Aliens or Zombies. Personally, I'd pick killing Zombies, because they're awesome :)

Halo 4 definitely. Black Ops is just another stale Call of Duty game that can be dominated (both single and multiplayer) in less than a week. That's the reason I didn't buy Modern Warfare 3 and why I won't buy this one. Though I may rent it to give zombies a try.
