How I can help you: My town is a farm, I will give you free perms to use the farm as long as you help renovate it and follow the rules. You are able to sell perms if you wish.

Does It Have A Portal? : Not currently. I am planning to purchase a portal in my President town which is beside Coltcity. The users would then walk along the path in my town towards the farm.

Cost if any: As you are able to profit off selling perms I think 50k is fair.

*No members are added until the farm is up and up and running.
*You are only permitted to add members that are Resident+ for $10,000 ECD.
*$5,000 of the payment is given to me through a sign and you keep the other $5,000.

*No being rude.
*I am able to remove you as a co-owner if you break any of my rules at my discretion.


Other: Coltcity is at the moment a 1 floor 200x200 melon farm. I plan for it to be a 3 floor pumpkin and 3 floor melon 200x200 farm.

Alright. Well through selling perms and farming there yourself you will be able to make the 50k back quite easily so the money isn't really a problem. When will you let me know? I might need to look for someone else.
