I have claimed Havenbrook and will be remodeling the town in the near future. This is your official notice that you have 7 days to remove your personal items and locks from the town. If there is no response from you within the 7 days, I will remove you as a member of the town and file an lwc removal per ECC Rules.
While you are allowed to remove your personal items and locks, no grief of Havenbrook will be tolerated. I am able to offer you a place to keep your items in another town if needed.
I would appreciate you letting me know if you have already vacated the town.

Hey @Orkin - the owner of record that I claimed from was @Zenfreak96 - the most current listed owner was @inspecthergadget. I have just started researching the town and have not seen any sign of you in town or locks of yours, but will let you know if I do.

I understand your concern, however, you do not even have much of a house left there anymore from what I can see. I will be completely remodeling the town and when it is complete you will be welcome to apply to be a member then. For now, I still need all your personal items and locks removed.

Edit: I just checked and you have a few chests and signs, and a door so it should not be that inconvenient for you to remove these few items.

 

Although I have sent you a pm in regards to this, some things I wanted to answer publicly here so everyone would know.
As for the remodeling, my plans are a complete terrain change and there will be small cottages with a lot of extras that I will not release at this time except you can think of a national park like feel. I hope you understand why huge mansions will not fit into my plans and hopefully you will consider my offer given to you in your pm as I really want to work with you and yet still keep to my plans which I have been thinking about for about 4 months now.
As to selling the town, I spent a lot of time researching towns to find one that had the requirements I needed in order to claim one. To be honest, this town had the most inactive users of any town that I had found recently (with a name I can be proud of) and showed no sign of life at all. Now there are three of you that have responded which in all the towns I have purchased I have never had that kind of response. Town claims on this server are unique, precious, and extremely expensive and I did not take this lightly when deciding where to claim. To sell the town would be giving up one of my privileges that I have worked very hard for as we are all limited in the number of towns we can truly "own" per the server rules.
DJ, your home is beautiful and I really hope we can work things out per my pm.
I have offered to help both iorbit and vegocoke move their things as well.

I claimed this town for the reasons stated and am sorry it happened to be the town your were in.
Signs at the portal stated the town was abandoned, farms were griefed and in total disrepair (I have started planting crops to have seeds for a new farm), and you have two plots but they are both griefed and you have no home on either of them. Most of the rest of the buildings in town are also griefed and in disrepair. I have the knowledge and resources to change that which is why I believe the tycoon "crap" was developed.
If more care had been taken of the town and it actually had looked lived in instead of abandoned like the sign stated, I may have claimed a different town but the owner did not do that obviously.
