@vegocoke, the plot you now have will not exist in the new town as it will be completely redone. As I said in my first post, I will give you a place in another town that I own - in fact I am willing to give you a 20x20 plot that sits right on an ocean (even though you are a President and should have two towns of your own). Pretty much exactly what you have now.
This offer goes for @iorbit, @Dj_Renegade_ and @Orkin as well.
Nobody else has responded and I believe everyone else is inactive or banned, however, this offer goes out to all of them as well if they respond.

 

Perms will be removed Monday but I will not file lwc removals on your door, signs, and chests until 06June14. I will return your door, signs, and chests to you after you remove your locks. Please do not forget the items on the fishing dock as well.
If you need any help moving those few chests of things in the next week, just let me know. I am more than willing to take 15 minutes to help you if you wish.
Please let me know when you have removed your locks.

Hey @Dj_Renegade_ You missed a chest in your kitchen area, the gate signs on the front, and the doors signs near the nwart crops in the basement.

@vegocoke - I appreciate you removing your chests and everything else. You still have a few signs and a door the last I checked. Do you still need til Friday or can you remove these as well? Also, you still have chests and signs on the dock that need removed.

I realize that this town claim system has flaws that I could have never known about. The rules are clear and I believe that I followed them to the letter, but still never could have known the trouble and turmoil it could cause. I will be rethinking my last two claims for sure.
I apologize again to each and everyone for the inconvenience of having to move.
Vegocoke, perhaps you could make a suggestion of how this town claim could be better handled from your perspective. It would surely be more effective than complaining about it in general chat or here on this thread as OSR had recommended.

 

All perms have been removed. @vegocoke has been in game but still did not remove several locks even with the time extension I allowed him. @Dj_Renegade_ there is still one chest just to the left of the gate under the stairs and I did not check the doors in the basement.
