@SirSpuzzy, - Please make sure that users are tagged whenever they are mentioned - Please include the world 'heaven5' is located in - And as a suggestion, you may want to include the terms of the deal. This isn't exactly a term, and belongs in the 'General Purpose of this Contract' section, if you have no terms to fulfill, simply type 'none'.
Apologies for the holdup. @SirSpuzzy Blaze is not the official owner of the town 'Heaven5', @WabbleYT is, shown in the application. This means that this contract cannot be used as proof for an official tycoon+ town claim or town transfer. While you can proceed with the contract as proof of sale, it will not be sufficient proof for the items mentioned above.
@SirSpuzzy This contract has been up for a week now and @BlazeInfinite hasn't even agreed to the contract - For that reason I'll be locking this. If you and @BlazeInfinite still wish to do the contract, you may file a new one - Though make sure the terms/purpose of the contract are much more clearer and keep in mind that like Nicit has said, the contract cannot be used for a town transfer or claim. Locked.
