There are many ways to make money on ECC. I used to think there was some magical way to make money quickly -- but after several months, I am now sure that because of the variety of playing styles and social connections each person has, the only best way to make a lot of money on ECC is what you are capable and comfortable with. Some players make a lot of money solely farming. Some make money solely mining. Some find time for both. Some players build amazing buildings and sell them for great prices that others are happy to pay. Some buy old towns, raze them for materials, and sell the town. There are so many ways to make money and use your time that it really is up to you how you feel you want to use your time.
