    Help me improve my stamina​

    Okay, so all you have to do is post 1 comment on this forum page, Multiple posts within an hour will not count. For every post that gets submitted i will sprint for a total of 1 minute the next day, To prove that i am doing this i may upload the videos to youtube. :)​
