Hello, I have both of my alternate accounts with 2 UUIDs and I need help fixing this since I already sent an email to Mojang but they don't answer since a week ago or so. Thank you. *EDIT*
I have both of these accounts with 2 UUIDs and andrewkm has me with the old UUID and I can't get my features back until I either get my old UUID or delete one of those. Thank you.
Each alternate account has two UUIDs for the same account? Not sure how this occurs, perhaps a reauthentication on Mojang's side generating two UUIDs.
I have absolutely no idea what causes this bug... but it looks extremely interesting. I assume that nobody except Mojang can fix this.
There is something I don't understand... namemc.com goes by the Mojang API. If the Mojang API shows two UUIDs for the same user, then how did this offline UUID manage to be included in the actual Mojang API database?
Change the name on one them? That's talking about server files. Freddy has literally 2 UUIDs in Mojang's system.
Google showed me this instance on /r/admincraft https://www.reddit.com/r/admincraft/comments/333yvc/two_uuids_one_player/ It seems similar to the situation you're having. Are you sure both accounts still exist and one hasn't been deleted for some reason?
My grandma did a chargeback on both accounts as well so... they maybe got deleted and regenerated with a new UUID right @Nicit6 ?
It sounds plausible. You would need to be in contact with Mojang support to be certain though (and certainly nobody besides them can fix this).
I could be wrong.... I believe its a Mojang hex for stealing from my kid's chests and the armor off my horse Camcliff all while in my locked house... Yeah.. you stole from an 8 year old... lol The Minecraft gods are just.
2 smods and a GA all confirmed it... You went into a locked house and stole from chests. Granted not breaking rules... well that I can prove. Although it is a bit sketchy on how you got into the house, but whatever. Whats sad is you took really nothing of value...just what my kid had. But to steal armor off a horse?? Thats just down right cruel. Cam will never be the same.
lol looting is legal and maybe everything was unlocked but I can give back some stuff, I don't remember how or where did I lotted, maybe take me to the looted area and I will try to give back some stuff I took, my bad.
