Hi, I hope your doing good today.Below are the rules that must be agreed to and followed when you start working. Also the rules are in signs at Fallen Farms next to designated chests and can be read but just to note a couple of things you need to know before getting hired: 1.) Please when hired work wall by wall on cocoa beans, so example is to harvest one wall then replant it. Secondly, do not sell what you harvest, you must put them in a designated locked chest that only you and me can open. Thirdly be cautioned about 2 things, the rules may be changed at anytime, and also if you break any rules or I deem it, you may be fired with or without notice and even if you are online or not. Fourthly There is to be no griefing at Fallen Farms, if done I will notify staff. Fifthly you have lax in how much you would like to work because you will be paid 25% of what is sold so its up to you how much you would like to get paid so you may work however shortly or long in a day but if u haven't been online when I am for 3 days you may be fired. so if you work and what is sold is $1000 you shall get $250 if you work harder and what is sold is $2500 you shall get $625 instantly added to your account when the cocoa beans in your designated chest has been sold and also Sixthly you can only work while I am also online. And also don't forget I will be giving you a continuous supply of diamond axes and food when you start working for me, this will allow you to double if not triple how much u can make if say u were only using your hand or anything below diamond. If you decide to leave then you must not at all grief or otherwise harm the farms but rather leave it intact and must give me notice either online in a pm or on this forum so that I may take necessary steps in keeping the farm managed. Seventhly when working for me you are not allowed to farm any other crop. About the requirements of keeping this job is that you must keep updated on rules and if you break any or I deem it, you may be fired. One last thing, you Must post applications here, AND if accepted I will post a reply to ur post ur hired, then you must post to the reply I agree to being hired, so after that your officially hired to work at Fallen Farms. Remember Rules may change, but are always posted at Fallen Farms.

Whew ok thx for sticking with me :) now here are some tips and/or advice:

• After saving up 4k I would personally rather you spend it on buying a farm perm(permission) to this farm so that not only will you have access/permission to farm wheat, potatoes, cocoa beans, and pumpkins that are grown in this farm but as long as you replant you may keep all profits you make, if not at Fallen Farms buy another one at a different farm(most are around 4k). Now this is what I would recommend but in the end the money is yours to choose what to do with.
• So following the step above you will have a higher chance of climbing the ranks which you can use to buy Residency if your a builder or be co-owner of a farm or town or both and also after getting Residency which costs now 15k you can use your farm perm to get more money to save up for a pumpkin axe which cost around 15k or like above co-owner which costs about 25k.
• I would recommend when harvesting to start at side of wall then mow down 2 rows at a time with your diamond axe, so that it will only take you 2 runs to cut through it, but remember it will take you either way 2 to 4 runs to replant whether you take a row on a wall one at a time, this is how I usually farm cocoa.

• Lastly please don't overwork yourself, it took me about 1-2 weeks to have enough money to get Resident doing various things, so don't worry you'll get there just take your time, have fun, and good luck :).

After reading this thread, if you are interested in applying please post below and I will take them by first come first serve, Don't worry I will hopefully be hiring more in the future.

Update#3: Hiring 1 only for position to work at Fallen Farms. FIrst come first serve. Thx again for looking at ad and/or update.
Update#4: Hiring has now closed.
Update#5: Hiring open again for 1 heavy duty worker, must be able to fill 2 large chests atleast of cocoa a day, usual pay is 25% but will split 50/50 with them of all sold from their harvest.
Update#6: Hiring has finished, closed for now.

 

Today 5-12-14 so far have hired one at Fallen Farms, only 1 more spot open.
