I'm looking for a builder/builders to design and build a modern style mansion on a 200x200 area, you can choose whether you'd like to start from a clean ocean or from flatten-able land.

• I will pay to hire builders/block placers if you need
• You will be paid extremely well!

I really have no set plans other than it has to be huge and in a modern style (think quartz, spruce wood, sea/redstone lanterns, etc). You can view my current house at /warp southpintura (to the right of spawn) if you like.
