I am currently hiring a mansion builder for a 21x56 area. I would like the mansion to cover most/all of that area.
Things I would like
-Modern themed
-Wool builds
-Beach themed

My hope is a modern grey/black/white mansion but a beach theme would work as it's on a beach. I do not want any quartz buildings for this.

I will cover all materials and pay for the work as well.
