Hiring a Skin Editor

I have two skins of similar style, one is red and one is blue, and I would like to combine them so the red is on the left side and the blue is on the right side. Left and right being on the perspective of the player.

I am willing to pay 5k for someone to do it.

Turns out that my dad wants to have a family outing day so I won't be able to go online until like peak hours.
