You will get paid on how much ores you dig up So if you get a diamond I will pay $15 if you get gold I will pay $7 if you find iron I will give you $5 this is a great offer for new players, miners and adds a lot of jobs you MUST come at least 15 minutes a day or you will be fired/replaced.

It is not that nice to take advantage of the new players that dont know what they might be doing and saying your trying to help them.
in some circumstances, offering to buy products for under server price, is really an opportunity to builders. I run a sugar cane farm in which I offer builders jobs harvesting it, and selling to me for less than server. In this instance, it is actually a benefit to the builders, because they actually do not have an unlimited amount of farm to harvest (as if they had legit farm perms). I am offering them my farm to harvest, and asking for a cut of the profits in return. But this mining job, you provide nothing, and underpay them. I agree with shrink, this is lame.
@Alanvincent - actually what you said is that "this is a great offer for new players" - a simple rewrite of you post to read "this is a great offer for me" would probably stop the "helpful" posts you are seeing.
See, Solstice18, in your case you are helping them because you are offering the farm. He is literally offering nothing.
