I am currently the owner of Oasis Heights, the newest town in the Oasis Nation, I am hiring anyone willing to Co-Mayor the town. I need a couple people for this task. Things you will have to do include:
Building plots
Building roads (doing this myself now)
Selling plots
Advertising the town
Watching for grief
Filing LWCs for inactive users
If you take this job, you will be able to keep 100% of all profits, as well as anything you gather from filed LWCs. You will also receive perms to use oasis_farms.
