What you will be doing:
Your job as a Housing Manager will be to sell apartment rooms in the building known as Housing Complex East, located in the town of Hobo Capitol. You will sell the rooms at a set price, add the player to the town (You will be added as co-mayor), make sure buyer agrees to follow the rules, and do day to day tasks. Day to day tasks include checking building for grief, if any is found you need to report it, and evicting inactive residents or those that have broken a rule. You will also need to advertise that your selling apartment rooms if you want to sell as many rooms as you can.

Payment:
You will get paid ECD via cut of sale per apartment room, also known as percent of sale. When you sell a room for $1,000 you keep $850 of it, the other $150 you will give to me. As you can see you will receive a larger profit then me. You also may receive tips from buyers if they feel inclined to tip, but that is up to them. I may also give you a small bonus every now then for doing a good job.

Requirements:
Here is a list of requirements you must meet order to be hired.

1. You must at least be the rank of Resident; sorry Builders but that’s the lowest rank that can be added as a co-mayor.
   
   
2. You must be active! You must log in every 4 days and if you need to take leave or go inactive for a certain amount of time; you must tell me ahead of time.
   
   
3. You should be very friendly, good/happy attitude, good people skills.
   
   
4. Needs to be able to file a LWC/Trade Sign Removal application on the ECC forum.
   
   
5. You must agree to follow the rules of agreement, of your job stated further down this document.
   

Who you work for and job title:
If you are accepted for the job, you will officially join the Hobo Capitol Company! Your new boss will be me, SirChilledMrHobo. Your job title will also be Housing Manager.

Housing Manger; Housing Complex East; Rules of agreement:

1. Do not remove any co-mayors from the town.
   
   
2. Only add new town members if they buy an apartment.
   
   
3. You can only remove town members you have added.
   
   
4. The only reasons you can remove a town member you have added if they are inactive for 7 plus days or breaking town/apartment rules.
   
   
5. You can only sell the rooms for $1,000 each per person.
   
   
6. You keep $850 of each sale and give me, SirChilledMrHobo, the other $150. This can be down via /pay SirChilledMrHobo $150 or payment via a [Trade] Sign that I have set up.
   
   
7. You can only sell rooms in the Housing Complex East building. Nowhere else.
   
   
8. You must check daily for grief and rule breaking.
   
   
9. You must also be polite to buyers and residents in Hobo Capitol.
   
   
10. You can only file LWC/Trade Sign Removal applications from items located in the building, Housing Complex East.
    
    
11. You too must also follow all town rules of Hobo Capitol.
    
    
12. You too must also follow all server rules of EcoCityCraft.
