Remember, each harvest of the farms in the plot provides at least 650 ecodollars in seeds and wheat. Still willing to negotiate the price if you don't agree with $6500. The plot itself was bought for $12000 when bloctopia first became a town, taking a hit, but not concerned just want to sell it.
