Only ten harvests on the plot and you will be in the green. Remember, each harvest of the farms in the plot provides at least 650 ecodollars in seeds and wheat. Still willing to negotiate the price if you don't agree with $6500. The plot itself was bought for $12000 when bloctopia first became a town, taking a hit, but not concerned just want to sell it.
